What You'll Do: 

• Develop and implement training and development programs

• Conduct onsite trainings for new Sales Trainees either in given branch or in Corp setting

• Conduct Skills Gap Analysis, preparing learning materials and evaluating results after training session

• Travel to given branches to provide training for branch sales trainees

• Collaborate with sales management to assess deficits in sales staff performance, perform sales ride-a longs with underperforming sales reps and provide detailed feedback to improve close rate

• Develop individualized training plans for underperforming sales staff

• Remain updated with current market trends and changing demands of corporate sales environment

• Schedule Trainings for all new sales hires and maintain group shared calendar for said trainings

• Organize, set priorities, schedule, and review work, may interview, and make recommendations on hiring, and provide input into performance reviews

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience in in-home sales; direct to consumer home improvement

• Strong communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate sales techniques and strategies

• Training and coaching skills, experience in designing and delivering training programs

• Knowledge and understanding of the in-home sales process

• The ability to train techniques and strategies to different learning styles and skill levels

• Should possess strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate sales teams

• Continuous learning mindset in the dynamic field of in-home sales

• Results driven mentality, helping sales team achieve sales targets and goals
